Workseal / Terms
These draft terms set out the main arrangements for business use of Workseal. Final store and subscription terms will be added before release.
These terms apply to Workseal, a product of Apphletes. Workseal is intended for trade businesses and self-employed professionals, not as a private consumer product.
Anyone creating an organisation or purchasing a subscription confirms that they are authorised to act for that organisation and will provide accurate account and billing information.
The organisation is responsible for its owner, admin and employee accounts, timely access revocation and keeping credentials confidential. Users must not share accounts with unauthorised people.
The owner manages ownership and subscriptions. Admins manage operational settings. Employees receive only the permissions configured for their role and shared jobs.
Workseal helps document work with before and after photos, notes and reports. A report is a snapshot of the recorded information when that version is generated.
Workseal provides work documentation and a work record. It does not guarantee that a report is complete, error-free or legally decisive evidence in every situation. Users remain responsible for appropriate working practices and reviewing reports before sharing them.
The organisation must ensure it may lawfully capture, upload, retain and share photos, personal data and other content. Do not record information that is unnecessary for the work.
Workseal must not be used for unlawful surveillance, deception, infringement, malicious files, unauthorised security research or attempts to bypass tenant or permission boundaries.
Paid plans, duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds are also governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play terms shown at purchase. Manage or restore a purchase through the store account used to buy it.
Seat limits apply to all active members. When an entitlement expires or cannot be confirmed, Workseal may become wholly or partly read-only until the store state is restored. Final product IDs, prices and plan contents will be recorded before release.
Workseal supports capturing work locally without an immediate internet connection. Sync, sharing, report generation and subscription checks may require connectivity.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The organisation must verify that uploads and reports are complete before removing local data or devices.
We may restrict access for misuse, a serious security risk, non-payment or a legal obligation. Where reasonable, we will inform the organisation and allow a remediable issue to be corrected.
Recovery and retention periods may apply after cancellation or deletion. The organisation is responsible for exporting records it is required to keep in time.
Apphletes retains rights in Workseal, the software, design and brand. The organisation keeps its rights in its own content and grants only the rights needed to provide the service.
Warranty, liability cap, indemnity, force majeure, governing law and dispute terms still require formal legal determination. Changes will be communicated through this page or an appropriate product channel. Email hello@apphletes.com with questions.
